Our wedding planning packages are designed to help you relax and enjoy the process. Our goal is to eliminate any stress and unease that comes along with planning the wedding of your dreams.

Package #1 - Full Service ($5,000)

• One free initial consultation to discuss your vision for your special day.
• Unlimited meetings leading up to the day of.
• Weekly check in emails and checklist accountability.
• Oversee details such as floor plan, programs, seating chart, timeline, etc.
• Source and secure vendors such as photographers, musicians, makeup/hair stylist that suit your taste and fit your budget.
• Create a day-of itinerary.
• Coordinate hotel block.
• Make final calls the week of the wedding to vendors and service providers.
• Assist with and provide direction at the rehearsal to make sure everyone has it right.
• Help direct wedding and reception to ensure everything flows flawlessly.
• Provide wedding emergency kit.
• Complete the end of the night tear down.

Package #2 - Initial Execution ($3,000)
This package is for the couple that doesn’t feel like they necessarily need someone to conduct their big day, but would like all the pre-planning done for them. This package includes:

• One free consultation to discuss your vision for your special day.
• Up to 10 meetings leading up to the day of.
• Monthly/weekly check in emails and checklist accountability.
• Oversee details such as floor plan, programs, seating chart, timeline, etc.
• Source and secure vendors such as photographers, musicians, makeup/hair stylist that suit your taste and fit your budget.
• Coordinate hotel block.
• Create day-of itinerary.
• Make final calls the week of the wedding to vendors and service providers.

                     Package #4 - Day-of Wedding ($1,000) This package is for the couple who has all the planning done themselves but would help executing their vision on the day of their wedding. It creates a stress-free day where we help your vision flow seamlessly. We will be a direct line of communication for your family, wedding party, guests and vendors on the day of. This package includes:

                     ●  One free consultation to learn your vision and needs.

                     ●  Help create a event day flow timeline.

                     ●  Day of coordination.

                     ●  Final calls the week of the wedding to vendor list and services.

                     ●  Service begins two weeks out.

                     ●  Available to you on an unlimited basis via email/phone with anything wedding related two weeks out.

                     ●  Access to emergency wedding day kit.

Package #2 - Custom Service
This package includes all of the day of services but pre-event services will be customized according to your liking.

• One free consultation to discuss your vision for your special day.
• Up to eight meetings leading up to the day of.
• Weekly check in emails and checklist accountability.
• Creation of an event day flow timeline.
• Day of coordination.
